The right bin depends far more on what you are throwing out than on the size of the building it came from. These five cover most of what we haul, each with an honest view of the size to book and the material that has to go elsewhere.

Pick the job

Five kinds of job, five answers

Weight, bulk and access change with the work. A roof and a garage clear-out can produce the same volume and still want different bins.

Renovation

Kitchens, bathrooms, basements and full guts — the most common bin we send out, and the easiest size to misjudge.

Roofing & shingles

Tear-offs, where weight rather than volume decides the size. Bigger is not automatically better.
